Short version: what you send us is used to answer you and to send goods matched to your requirement. Nothing else.

What we collect, and why

What you type into the requirement and registration forms: your requirement, your name, company and contact details. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare selections, and, for registered buyers, to share pricing. Our server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, time of request) for security.

What we never do

No mailing lists you did not ask for, no forwarding, no selling of data, no advertising trackers. The site sets no tracking cookies; it stores only two small values in your own browser (whether you have seen the opening animation, and your inventory access code if you enter one) so the site works smoothly. Both stay on your device.

How long, and your rights

We keep enquiry details while we are talking or trading with you. Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you and we will, at [email protected].

Third parties

If you contact us on WhatsApp or LINE, those platforms' own terms apply to the conversation. Our site is hosted on infrastructure that processes requests on our behalf and under our instructions.
