Trade and wholesale

How we work with the trade

We supply gem dealers and wholesalers, jewellery manufacturers, designers and jewellery houses. Prices are trade prices and are not published. They go to registered buyers with a selection matched to a stated requirement.

Registering

Send your company name, country, VAT or business registration, and the categories you buy. Once you are on file you get pricing with every selection, first sight of new goods in your categories, and an access code for the private inventory, the full stock list with trade prices.

Memo and approval

Established houses can see stones on memo or on approval. Terms depend on the goods and on how long we have worked together. Ask, and we will be straight with you.

Calibrated and repeat orders

Give us the size, the quality window and the annual volume, and we will quote a cutting schedule rather than a one off parcel.

Sourcing to brief

We are not limited to our own stock. What we cannot fill from the safe we source: at the fields, through dealers we have known for years, and through Bangkok for origins the island does not produce. One answer either way: what exists, what it costs, when it can ship.

Two books, two markets

Fine cut corundum, meaning royal blue, cornflower, padparadscha and unheated ruby, is the European and Gulf book. The precious and semi precious range in parcels and calibrated lots is the Southeast Asian one. Most buyers want one or the other, so tell us which and we will not waste your time with the rest.

How a first order works

  1. See the goodsPhotographs and live WhatsApp video of the exact stones, item IDs in frame. In person, we meet buyers in Colombo at Shangri-La, ITC Ratnadipa or Cinnamon Life, and at the fairs.
  2. Agree the termsPrice per carat net, delivery and documents confirmed in writing before anything moves. First orders are kept small and structured, in both directions.
  3. Pay as it suits your housePayoneer invoice, bank wire (TT), or cash on hand-over at a meeting or fair. Goods ship insured by courier with full export documents, or change hands in person.

We are building trade partnerships, not a cart. A first deal should be small and right rather than large and rushed.
